Art and music therapy in paediatric and adolescent medicine and the paediatric intensive care ward (Kinder- und Jugendmedizin und Kinder-Intensivpflegestation; KIPS)
Acute and chronic disease, the consequences of accidents, , new-born and premature babies

Since 2012, an art and music therapist has been responsible for patients up to 16 years of age and acting a as a contact for their parents. Most of the time, the therapy is held in the hospital room, often right by the bed. A large mural at the entrance to the department that patients continued working on for a long period of time is a motivating community work. It has been supplemented by an autumn mural that the hospitalised children and their families designed together.
